What are the delivery times for orders within Spain?
Orders shipped to addresses in Spain are usually delivered within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that during promotional periods or special sales, delivery may take a little longer than usual.
How long does international delivery take?
For orders delivered outside of Spain, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address you provide. Unless otherwise stated, standard shipping costs start at €10.
Will I need to pay import duties or clearance fees?
If your order requires import clearance, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@monandpau.com before completing your purchase so that we can provide the most convenient solution for you.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (link provided in the email).

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can shop without creating an account by checking out as a guest. Please note that if you choose guest checkout, your order history will not be available in your account.

For more details, please read our Privacy Policy. To complete an order, we ask for details such as your name, address, email, phone number, and payment information. These are used solely to process and deliver your purchase securely. Mon&Pau does not store your payment details on our website.

What is Mon&Pau’s return policy?
At Mon&Pau, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as the items are unworn, unused, with all tags, and in their original packaging. Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Can I return items in-store?
Yes. Items purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged directly at our flagship store:

How do I return an online order?
Online returns are managed through DAWA. To process a return:
Visit DAWA’s return portal.
Enter your order details and select the items you wish to return.
Download and print the return label (or use the QR code if available).
Pack the products securely in their original packaging, with tags attached.
Attach the label and drop off the package, or schedule a home pickup.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can exchange your item for a different size or product:
In-store at our Madrid flagship.
Online, by processing a return through DAWA and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a notification of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@monandpau.com.
What are my rights as an EU customer?
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The items must meet the same return conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase).
