At MON&PAU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Store Returns

Items purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged directly at our flagship store:

Please bring your item(s) along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Returns

For online orders, returns are managed through DAWA. Please follow these steps:

1. Visit DAWA’s return portal.
   
2. Enter your order details and select the item(s) to return.
   
3. Download and print the return label (or use the QR code if available).
   
4. Pack the products securely in their original packaging, with tags attached and in unused condition.
   
5. Attach the label and drop off the package, or schedule a home pickup.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with all tags, and in original packaging.
  
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  
• Items sent back without initiating the return through DAWA will not be accepted.
  
• Certain items cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
  

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for a different size or product. Exchanges can be made:

• In-store at our Madrid flagship.
  
• Online, by processing a return through DAWA and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
  

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

• Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
  
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@monandpau.com.
  

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The items must meet the same conditions outlined above (unused, with tags, in original packaging, proof of purchase).
