RETURNS

At MON&PAU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return, except for discounted or sale items, as detailed below.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased online or in-store may be returned or exchanged directly at our flagship store:

Please bring your item(s) along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Returns

For online orders, returns are managed through DAWA. Please follow these steps:

• Visit the DAWA returns portal.
• Enter your order details and select the items you wish to return.
• Download and print the return label (or use the QR code if available).
• Pack the products securely in their original packaging, unused and with all tags attached.
• Attach the label and drop off the parcel or schedule a home pickup.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Items sent without first initiating the return through DAWA will not be accepted.
• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Items purchased at a discounted price, on sale, or as part of a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they present a manufacturing defect.
• Certain items cannot be returned: made-to-order or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards.

Exchanges

You may exchange your item for a different size or product:

• At our Madrid store.
• Online, by processing the return through DAWA and placing a new order once the return is approved.

(Exchanges are not available for discounted or sale items.)

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@monandpau.com.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, without providing a reason, except for discounted or sale items where legally permitted, and provided the items meet the conditions outlined above.
