Return & Exchange Policy


Online Orders

  • You have 25 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
  • Returns are only accepted for online orders.
  • Custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be in perfect condition, with tags attached, and unused.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REST OF EU + UK: €20

Due to current logistical difficulties, we have decided to temporarily suspend shipments to Mexico. We always want to guarantee the best service to our customers, and at this time we cannot guarantee delivery within the appropriate deadlines. We are working to find a solution and hope to resume this service soon.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Package the products securely in a box.
  • Do not mix products from different shipments.
  • Ensure items are well protected and do not move inside the box.
  • Download and print the return label from this page.
  • Stick the label on one side of the box.
  • If using a QR Code, printing is not required just present it when dropping off the package.
  • If you selected Home Pickup, your package will be collected on the scheduled date. Otherwise, contact us at
    returns@dawa.io.


- If you selected Drop-off Point, take the package to the nearest designated location.

Refund Processing Time:
The money will be returned to the credit/debit card with which the purchase was made within 10 to 14 business
days.


In-Store Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days with a receipt and items in perfect condition.
  • Alternatively, a store credit voucher valid for 1 year can be issued.
