If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase we guarantee to refund any item you return to us within 28 days upon receipt. In order for items to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us in perfect conditions, unused, with all original brand tags still attached and original packaging. Items that have been washed, altered or washed will not be accepted.
If you return items via Post please note we are not liable for return costs. We recommend using a delivery service such as FEDEX or DHL, please note we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept items that are
damaged in transit.
We do not exchange any item, if you are unsatisfied with a purchase you must return it and place a new order.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
